New Charger Form Help Guide

Below is a description of the fields in our New Charger Form:

Location Name: Site name you would like displayed on the Chargefox app/platform

Location Address: Full address of the site

Chargefox Station ID Number: The four-digit sticker label provided by us. Let us know if you need us to post one to you

OCPP Identifier: Depending on the charger make & model, this could be the serial number or MAC address. If you're unsure, please reach out to your hardware supplier

Tethered/Untethered: Is the charging cable attached (tethered) or bring-your-own (untethered)?

Power Rating: Power rating of the charger – 7kW, 22kW, 50kW, 100kW, etc.

Communication Type: Is the charger connected via Ethernet or using a SIM card provided by us?

Chargefox SIM ICCID: If using a SIM card provided by us, what is the SIM ICCID? Starts with 896...

Public/Private: Is this station accessible to the public or for private use only?
